Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY:
We use Chronopost and Colissimo for all our shipments over 100 USD. The prices include all duties and taxes. 

RETURNS:
Eza products can be returned within 14 days after receiving the product. Herefore, the product has to be unworn and completely undamaged. Eza Watches will credit, pay or refund the outstanding amount within 30 days after receiving the product correctly. The shipping costs for returning the product are for the customers own expenses.
