Delivery:
For sales made to customers in EU member states we are required to charge and collect value-added tax (VAT) on those sales. The applicable VAT rate is based on your location (country) and the VAT is calculated during the checkout. We only use the best available shipping methods for sending our products to your address.
Returns:
Eza Products can be returned within 8 days after receiving the product. Herefore, the product has to be unworn and completely undamaged. Eza Watches will credit, pay or refund the outstanding amount within 30 days after receiving the product correctly. The shipping costs for returning the product are for the customers own expenses.
