DELIVERY:
We use DHL Express for all our shipments over 100 USD. Inside the EU all the prices are including all duties and taxes. For countries outside the EU, please check the not below your total purchase order during checkout. This will mention if your duties and taxes are covered in your country.
RETURNS:
Eza products can be returned within 14 days after receiving the product. Herefore, the product has to be unworn and completely undamaged. Eza Watches will credit, pay or refund the outstanding amount within 30 days after receiving the product correctly. The shipping costs for returning the product are for the customers own expenses.
