We offer free insured shipping by DHL Express on all products in the Eza Watches webshop. All the risk is ours during the transit of your package. The shipping time is between 1 and 3 days to Europe and 3 to 5 days to the rest of the world. You will receive a track & trace code by e-mail to follow every step of your package. We will keep an eye on the tracking link as well, just to be sure.

Warranty & Returns
The standard warranty on all products is 2 years. However, if you buy a watch and fill in a 3-minute survey, you will receive one extra year of warranty on all your purchases! We use the information from the survey to keep improving our services. You can find this link HERE.
